Why use HYPNOSIS ?

Hypnotherapy can help us make very powerful and permanent changes very quickly. It is a natural way of “re-programming” the brain to do things and experience things in a different way. Very often it’s about modifying learnt behaviour (habits), so that you can experience a preferred outcome.

Some are worried about “being controlled” by hypnosis, but as it is a natural state, the subject remains in control the whole time. They are not unconscious or asleep, but they are very relaxed and have a focus of attention. In a nutshell, we use hypnosis to be able to access the unconscious part of the mind, and then we are able to suggest changes and deal with unwanted emotions etc.

Compared to other talking therapies it works very quickly, typically requiring only three or four sessions.
